This long-time hobby of mine,
this reflex to take pictures of amazing textures and patterns I see throughout my day, is very fitting.
It’s fitting because it speaks to who I am as a maker. It’s not where I find my inspirations that’s significant, it’s when. I find my inspirations in the tiny, mundane, moments of my day. I’m never not thinking about my work. Because when it’s what energizes you most, it’s not work at all. So enjoy some of my tiny, mundane moments that maybe aren’t so tiny and mundane after all.
